HOW TO REGISTER?
Step 1 - Go to
REGISTER page
Step 2 - Enter valid mobile number (OTP will be sent for verification).
Step 3 - Set account password.
Step 4 - Enter CAPTCHA.
Step 5 - Submit.
User will be directed to LOGIN page.
HOW TO LOGIN?
Step 1 - Go to
LOGIN page
Step 2 - Enter the registered mobile number.
Step 3 - Enter your password.
Step 4 - Submit.
User will be directed to HOME page.
HOW TO RESET PASSWORD?
Step 1 - Go to
FORGOT PASSWORD page
Step 2 - Enter registered mobile number.
Step 3 - Enter CAPTCHA.
Step 4 - Submit.
Step 5 - Enter OTP
Step 6 - Set a new password.
User will be directed to LOGIN page.
HOW TO UNLOCK ACCOUNT?
Step 1 - Go to
Login page
Step 2 - Enter registered mobile number and password.
Step 3 - If your account is locked, you'll be prompt with Unlock link. Click on unlock button
Step 4 - Enter CAPTCHA and Submit
Step 6 - Enter OTP and click unlock
User will be directed to LOGIN page.
HOW TO PURCHASE PPV?
Step 1 - After LOGIN, click on the PAYMENT link. User will be directed to Razorpay payment page.
Step 2 - Submit your email & mobile number and click pay.
Step 3 -
Do not close the browser/page untill you are directed to MYTVSHOWS Payment Acknowledgement Page.
Step 4 - Click on the link
Live Page you'll now be able to see the show.
Notes:
* Streaming will start 30 minutes before the event.
* Remember to logout your account before you quit/exit to prevent your account locking in next login.
